Error Reports

If the pogram has experienced a runtime error, a log of this error will automatically be generated.

Be sure you are in front of the computer at which the error occurred (each computer has their own file for reporting errors) and within OD Office Pro go to Tools>>Submit Error Report.

Please note that if the error occurred with the server program, then please go to the server program window to submit the error report.

We will receive an email with the error log attached. Please call or email separately, to help us better understand the situation in which this problem occurred.
